Ideal for families, the apartment has a washing machine and dryer, WiFi and TV. There are two dedicated parking spots (please note that boats are prohibited from garage parking by strata management, and no pets allowed, by strata rules)

The Location Old Dunsborough is a local favourite, with crystal clear waters and spotted with rocky outcrops perfect for snorkelling, rock hopping or searching for natural treasures with the little ones. Old Dunsborough bay is currently one of the few South West beaches with a purpose built shark net in place over the summer months, for those seeking extra peace of mind, and is ideal for lap swimmers who use the length of the net (200m) as a guide.

This spot also features a grassed foreshore with peppy trees and picnic benches, free-to-use BBQ’s and a children’s playground. The boat ramp and finger jetty is on the North side of the bay, and a walk/cycle path travels for kilometres in either direction along the bay - head towards Meelup (another iconic local beach) or to Dunsborough town for coffee and bakery treats. A local coffee van is parked most mornings near the boat ramp and various food trucks a few nights per week also.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that there is a $150 admin fee for cancellations, plus 1 night stay if done less than 7 days before check-in. For COVID cancellations due to a lockdown we would first attempt to alter your dates but, if cancellation is necessary, $150 admin fee only.
