The Fine Print. As many of our properties are located in residential neighbourhoods in Dunsborough, no parties are permitted, and noise restrictions apply after 10pm. Properties are strictly non-smoking inside. Pets are allowed, by arrangement only, at a selection of our properties - however, we ask that guests please clean up after their pets and do not allow them on furniture. If staying in any of our Ocean View Villas, please park in designated driveway or in the grassed area beside the villa's located on Nicholas Court - we do not allow parking in front of villas, as this disturbs the ocean views for both yourself and other guests! Check-in is at 2pm and departure at 10am, unless an alternate time has been pre-arranged with management. Thank you!
