The main bedroom offers a queen bed, ensuite and large northern windows looking over your private front courtyard, with the second and third bedrooms offering a queen bed and a two single beds, with a lovely shared bathroom including bath. A large open style living area connects to a very user friendly kitchen, featuring 6 burner gas hotplate, oversized oven, plenty of bench space and a large island bench for entertaining around. This home has a large, fully appointed undercover outdoor BBQ area with kitchen, alfresco dining and grassed back yard backing on to Dunsborough Lakes Golf Course.

A Peaceful Haven offers a central location at a great price to enjoy all the South West has to offer, only a few steps from the local skate park, playing fields, children's playground, a community centre for yoga and exercise classes, and the public library. Beyond the oval and you're in Dunsborough town! A further 3 minute walk and you are at Geographe Bay with approximately 4km of cycle/pedestrian paths either way along the foreshore.

The Location Only three hours south of Perth, Dunsborough justifiably deserves its reputation as one of Western Australia's top holiday destinations. It’s boutiques, bars & shops are only a short stroll away, while further afield - yet still only minutes away - are the many attractions that have made this region a mecca for holiday makers. Picturesque wineries, beaches, restaurants, golf courses, spectacular caves, art and craft galleries, Cape Naturaliste National Park and the world famous surfing beaches. Also nearby are the thriving holiday towns of Margaret River and Busselton. Our natural resources, particularly the coastline and perfect beaches of the South West (whether for surfing, snorkelling, swimming or wading) are second to none!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that there is a $150 admin fee for cancellations, plus 1 night stay if done less than 7 days before check-in. For COVID cancellations due to a lockdown we would first attempt to alter your dates but, if cancellation is necessary, $150 admin fee only.
