Retriever Retreat is a new, open plan house with all the modern comforts of home. Boasting three bedrooms, this secure seaside escape can sleep up to six adults comfortably, making it ideal for families or a few friends. The Master Bedroom is appointed with a queen sized bed and private powder room - French door access to the private deck makes it ideal for a romantic couple’s retreat also! Another special feature is the large bathroom with powerful rain-like shower head, which everyone should experience at least once. A family feast is a breeze with the kitchens fully equipped modern cooking facilities, backyard BBQ, and generous 8-seater dining table in one of the multiple entertaining areas. Ceiling fans adorn the roof in each room, and the air conditioning in the lounge area assures a comfortable stay in any climate. The winter months are just as wonderful cozying up for a night in, with a selection from our extensive DVD library, or watch the rainfall with a glass of wine from a local Margaret River vineyard, from the comfort of your own private deck lounge. The pet friendly fencing means any furry friends are welcome too.

The Location Only three hours south of Perth, Dunsborough justifiably deserves its reputation as one of Western Australia's top holiday destinations. It’s boutiques, bars & shops are only a short stroll away, while further afield - yet still only minutes away - are the many attractions that have made this region a mecca for holiday makers. Picturesque wineries, beaches, restaurants, golf courses, spectacular caves, art and craft galleries, Cape Naturaliste National Park and the world famous surfing beaches. Also nearby are the thriving holiday towns of Margaret River and Busselton. Our natural resources, particularly the coastline and perfect beaches of the South West (whether for surfing, snorkelling, swimming or wading) are second to none!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that there is a $150 admin fee for cancellations, plus 1 night stay if done less than 7 days before check-in. For COVID cancellations due to a lockdown we would first attempt to alter your dates but, if cancellation is necessary, $150 admin fee only.
