The perfect holiday home is large enough for two families, with a kids wing and adults retreat, or a perfectly spacious home for one lucky family. With a large, fully fenced and grassed back yard for both relaxing and playing, an undercover alfresco area with BBQ and outdoor lounge setting, this four bedroom, two bathroom home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and is only a short walk to dreamy Geographe Bay. Two of the large bedrooms have queen beds, and the other two bedrooms feature bunks/singles - both bathrooms are of a generous size, with a bath in the kids wing to make a stay with smaller children easier! There is ample room in the driveway for both the car and a boat, and you’re a short five minute drive from the Quindalup boat ramp. With an indoor wood fire plus reverse-cycle air conditioning, all seasons are catered for!  

This beautiful home is located in a residential area, so we prefer families only please.
This ensures the ambience of the street stays family focused and prevents partying/rowdy behaviour.

The Location The Quindalup area will provide a perfect beach holiday feeling. Spot dolphins in the bay, swim in crystal clear waters, or utilise nearby Dunsborough boat ramp to launch your vessel for a day of fun on the water. An ideal location for families, Quindalup has white sand beaches, calm waters, and is easily accessed by bike paths that connect it with Dunsborough town. You can quickly ride in for a coffee and pastries, or to sample one of the local eateries at dinner time!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that there is a $150 admin fee for cancellations, plus 1 night stay if done less than 7 days before check-in. For COVID cancellations due to a lockdown we would first attempt to alter your dates but, if cancellation is necessary, $150 admin fee only.
